Stopped at Applebee's in elk river tonight for a quick bite at 8:30. Didn't see appetizer until 9:30. Meals were served to the wrong table and we eventually ate after 10pm. Worst service ever. I have never had this happen there before. They owned up and paid the bill, but still crazy.
