Today's Daily Message. For Pete's Sake..... Worry is a total waste of time. It doesn’t change anything. All it does is steal your joy and keeps you very busy doing nothing.
That moment when you wake up and the house is super cold, only to realize the furnace stopped working overnight. BRRRRR Good news was within an hour of making the service call, the furnace was repaired and back up and running. Extra hot shower this morning to warm me back up. I Do Not like the cold.

So, a week ago I realized I was starting to get back into old habits of drinking "pop/soda" again. It was mainly when we ate out, but I was justifying it in my head. Well, today is my 4th day of zero pop or soda or carbonated sweet beverage. I have only had water and/or our all natural Axio energy drink. I FEEL GREAT AGAIN. Its crazy how when we become complacent we can fall into old habits. #NoMorePop #BringOnDay5
